About Jasmine
I’m a nurse practitioner who currently works in Nephrology seeing Dialysis patients and advanced chronic kidney disease. I also help with internal medicine patients in the office, managing hypertension and diabetes. I worked as an RN in long-term care and MedSurg. Prior to that, I worked as a certified nursing assistant in long-term care for several years. I’m a mom to an 18-month-old and it’s one of the best blessings I’ve ever had.

My strengths include math, medical terminology, chemistry, human anatomy, and microbiology. I currently work as a Nephrology nurse practitioner and internal health.
