I like to take 60% practice and 40% theory. My tips are: 1) Develop problem solving skills: The key to solving problems is to understand the basic concepts of the subject. Therefore, the focus should be on strengthening the basics of any subject for students. 2) Understand the equation: Another common problem encountered is that students do not understand the physical meaning of the equations. 3) Provide solutions: many of the complicated problems in high school physics textbooks are not resolved. 4) Give the right lecture: one of the oldest teaching methods is a lecture. A physics conference typically demonstrates physical phenomena, derives equations and shows how to solve problems.
