About Karolina
I hold a Masters in Artificial Intelligence and a Bachelors in Sport and Exercise Science, giving me a unique mix of analytical, statistical, research, and communication skills. Alongside my academic background, I have completed a Teaching English as a Foreign Language certificate, which provided me with a formal understanding of lesson planning, structuring, and adapting material to different learning needs. Having studied and lived in different countries, I bring a patient, adaptable, and culturally aware approach to working with students.

I take a student-centred approach, tailoring each lesson to the individual’s needs, strengths, and goals. I believe in creating a supportive and encouraging environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and building confidence in their abilities. My lessons focus not only on understanding the subject matter but also on developing problem-solving skills and effective study habits that students can carry forward independently. I adapt my teaching style to suit different learning preferences, using clear explanations, practical examples, and step-by-step guidance to make complex topics easier to grasp. I believe 2 hour lessons are the best approach to giving sufficient time for explaining and comprehending material, but understand personal circumstances may require shorter or longer lessons and will always adapt to the needs and wellbeing of my students. I teach children from primary school level to A level.
