About Sanchit
I am a licensed architect with 7+ years of experience
and a portfolio spanning 150+ projects across four
countries — India, Australia, Nepal, and the USA.
My professional background includes senior roles at
DLF and Bharti Real Estate — two of India's most
prestigious real estate developers — where I managed
premium commercial, retail, and mixed-use developments
from concept through to construction handover.

I am a licensed architect with 7+ years of professional
experience delivering complex projects across retail,
commercial, residential, hospitality, and healthcare
sectors across India, Australia, Nepal, and the USA.
My teaching approach is rooted in real professional
practice. I teach architecture the way it is actually

great design.
