My passion is the safety, health and well being of the people I work with I enjoy looking at ways that companies can continually improve structure their WHS management systems, resources and programs to interact with all levels of their management structure.
I currently work across all levels of an organization from senior leadership executives in setting WHS strategy to front line workers via a consultative approach to various WHS/ risk management programs design & communication project phases through to project execution/ delivery.
I believe that everyone has the right to come home from work at the end of the day in the same way that they came to work in the morning and have the belief that all work related injuries can be prevented.
I look to bring a positive attitude to every interaction and look forward to working with, collaborating & mentoring students to give meaningful insights in managing WHS assurance and compliance programs across Australia/ New Zealand & Asia Pacific that I have previously been involved with over a 20+ year professional career in WHS Management & Leadership.
