About Mimi
My name is Mimi, I am 22 years old and have recently returned to university after a year out to continue my academic studies in the criminological world, now completing my Masters in the field having previously achieved a first-class undergraduate degree.
Outside of studies, I am an internationally-representing touch rugby player, and am also a head coach for a touch rugby organisation which looks to bring the sport into school curriculums across the UK.
At the moment, I am considering my options by exploring the route of a PhD and subsequently a university lecturer/teacher.
I love teaching and helping young people to understand the world of education. I had a pretty tough time at school myself, and my degree is a testament to where hard work and the right people in support can get you in life.

About the lesson

In English, we will work together to understand the best ways to revise certain topics (e.g. poetry vs Shakespeare), and delve into broadening your writing skills to target examination criteria.
Lesson times can span from 30 minutes - 90 minutes, depending on what works for you. I typically don't suggest any longer than 90 minutes so we can make sure that the students are fully engaging with the learning.
Criminology tutoring is available for GCSE and A Level age groups, and English is available for 11-18 year olds.
