About Kaitlin
I am a former elementary teacher with a Master’s degree in teaching and a genuine love for math. I enjoy helping students make sense of concepts that once felt confusing and watching their confidence grow.
I have experience working with a wide range of learners and adapt my approach to meet each student’s needs. I am patient, supportive, and focused on building both skills and confidence. My goal is to create a positive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and making steady progress.

I take a supportive, step-by-step approach to tutoring that focuses on building both understanding and confidence. As a former elementary teacher, I break down math concepts into clear, manageable parts and adapt to each student’s learning style.
A typical session includes reviewing current material, working through problems together, and helping students practice independently. I focus on identifying where students get stuck and helping them move forward with confidence.
I work with elementary students in math and general homework support, especially those who need help building strong foundational skills.
