About Devina
My name is Devina Fernandes I recently switched my career I used to be a teaching assistant in primary schools, I found myself sitting at my desk a lot slouching during work hours which then developed into slight kyphosis, this is when I realised I had to make a change. One day when I was scrolling on TikTok I came across Pilates and how it can improve your spine and posture so I gave it a go and completely fell in love with it, Pilates is the only way that helped me achieve good results.

It was my first time doing pilates and she made me feel very comfortable and was patient with me, I felt really great after my work out !
Very friendly and tailored my routine according to my interests. Made sure my exercises were suitable for me, giving progression and regression when necessary. Overall she is a really great instructor and is very passionate about her job.
Devina was really understanding with me, I am a beginner at pilates and she really explained the steps thoroughly. Enjoyed my session
