About Natalia
I am a dedicated and patient tutor who enjoys helping students build confidence in their abilities. I believe that every student can learn with the right guidance, encouragement, and approach. I take the time to understand each student’s needs and explain concepts clearly, using practical examples and step-by-step methods. My goal is not only to help students improve their grades, but also to develop a stronger understanding of the subject and greater confidence in their own abilities. I am professional, approachable, and committed to creating a positive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and making mistakes as they learn.

I help students go from dreading math to actually understanding it. My approach starts with finding out exactly where a student's understanding breaks down — not just re-teaching the whole topic, but pinpointing the gap and closing it, so lessons feel efficient instead of overwhelming.
I've been teaching math since 2013, starting with adult remedial mathematics through the JAMAL programme, where patience and starting from the basics mattered most. Since then, I've taught high school students and adults at varying levels, and I currently run weekly CSEC Math revision classes. That range — from adults rebuilding foundational number skills to teens prepping for exams — means I'm comfortable meeting a student exactly where they are, whatever that looks like.
What I focus on in every session:
Making sure the student understands the why, not just the steps
Building confidence, especially with students who've come to see themselves as "bad at math"
Practical practice with real past-paper and CSEC-style questions
Clear, patient explanations with no judgment for asking "silly" questions
Whether your child needs steady support to keep up with coursework, focused CSEC revision, or you're an adult looking to finally get comfortable with math, I bring over a decade of hands-on tutoring experience and genuine patience to every session.
