Mathematic teacher which teaches with application to natural life makes great impact

I've known Richard for some years now right from university days, he is an intelligent, diligent and dedicated young man. He makes sure to give his best to every task he is assigned to. He also is a good listener and profers solution to problems. He has done some tutorials for students when in school in which he displayed high level of professionalism, he carries his students along with his teachings and uses relatable examples to teach. I verge for him that the students are in safe hands.
