About Andres
I am Andrés Santa, a mathematics student at the UdeA.
I decided to share my passion for teaching because I believe that knowledge isn't just about memorizing facts, but rather about understanding how we can use what we've learned to improve our environment, make more informed decisions, and, above all, enjoy the process of learning. I want my students to realize that learning is not only useful, but also a fascinating journey.

In my intermediate math classes, I typically start with a brief review of the previous lesson, followed by a visual explanation of the new topic (e.g., quadratic equations), with guided practice exercises and time for questions.
I conclude with a review of key concepts and tasks to reinforce learning.
I am characterized by being empathetic, patient, and flexible, creating an environment where students feel comfortable learning. I also promote autonomy in learning and offer constructive and motivating feedback.
