About Savannah
I am a third year student at Eindhoven University of Technology and when I was in my exam year I tutored mathematics B to students in the lower years. Sometimes I help my little brother who is currently in the upper school.

My method of teaching is that I first look with the student at the material with which they need help. I then ensure that they understand the purpose of the material (what does it actually calculate and what do you need for that?). Then I make the assignments together with them. I ask them questions based on the material they have just gone through and I don't immediately give them the answers. So by means of the first few assignments I explain how the assignments work and let them gradually make the assignments themselves. During the practice of the assignments, I teach them useful tips that helped me a lot when I was still in the upper school and I will also prepare them a little for how they assess it at the final exam. I make sure that the way in which they write their elaborations is actually clear, so that it becomes self-evident to them.
