About Will
I am a university student from south London in my second year of a maths degree at the University of Manchester. I am a friendly and sociable person and my interests outside of my studies include football, cricket and music. I am seeking part time work to support myself financially whilst I study at university. Maths is a subject I have always been passionate about throughout my time at school and I find it incredibly satisfying to teach, as once understood it can be quite enjoyable. I am keen to use my skills to help others progress as teaching gives me such a rewarding feeling.

In my lessons, I am happy to use your time however you feel it would be best if you are struggling with any specific topics in your course. I am very patient and I have prior experience of tutoring students of a range of different abilities. Personally, I think that past paper questions are the best way to improve your skills and understanding, so I will find and go through these with you in order to build your confidence and prepare you for your final exams, by explaining anything that you are struggling with along the way whilst also improving your exam technique and skills. I am willing to adapt my teaching methods to suit the student because everybody learns differently, but I do think that practice certainly makes perfect once you have the necessary understanding of a topic. With the right help, I do believe anyone can do maths!
