I speak according to time, place and circumstances. I redesign my approach to teach according to their understanding.
Each student takes a certain time to learn some concept and I patiently teach him/her in that particular manner
Our objective must be make him/her learn rather than exhibit our stature
Generally, I have a simple 1-2-3 approach.
1. Ask their understanding of the topic
2. Discuss the concept with them and make it familiar with examples which they're able to relate to
