About Harris
I am a passionate educator and business analytics professional with over 15 years of experience in multinational organizations, including HSBC, Agoda, PayPal and Grab. Throughout my career, I have specialized in data analytics, problem-solving, risk management and leadership, skills that I now apply to help students excel academically.
I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and an MBA with a major in Business Analytics. My strong foundation in Mathematics, Science and analytical thinking allows me to simplify complex concepts and make learning more engaging and practical for students.
Over the years, I have taught Mathematics, Additional Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Engineering Mathematics to students ranging from secondary school level to foundation, diploma and university programs. I particularly enjoy helping students who lack confidence in Mathematics by strengthening their fundamentals and guiding them step-by-step towards mastery.
My teaching philosophy is simple: every student can succeed when they are taught according to their learning style, pace and individual needs. Whether the goal is improving examination results, preparing for university, or building a strong foundation for engineering and science studies, I am committed to helping students achieve their full potential.

About Me & Teaching Methodology
I believe that every student can excel in Mathematics and Science when concepts are explained clearly and connected to real-world applications. My teaching approach focuses on building strong fundamentals, developing problem-solving skills, and increasing confidence through structured practice.
Rather than relying on memorisation, I help students understand the logic behind formulas and concepts. Lessons are tailored according to each student's current ability, learning pace, and academic goals. For students who are weak in Additional Mathematics or Calculus, I begin by strengthening prerequisite topics before progressing to more advanced material.
My classes typically include:

D. Practice questions with detailed feedback
E. Progress monitoring and personalised study plans
