About Rima
Hi! I’m Rima, an MBBS medical student who genuinely enjoys helping others learn. I’ve always loved explaining difficult concepts to classmates, friends, and younger students because I find it incredibly rewarding when someone finally understands something they once thought was impossible. I have home tuition experience and enjoy working with students of all learning abilities. One thing that makes me different is my patience—I never mind explaining a concept two, five, or even ten times if that’s what it takes. Every student deserves a teacher who believes in them. I can communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Tamil, and Mandarin, so students from different backgrounds can learn comfortably in the language they’re most confident with. My goal is to make every lesson encouraging, enjoyable, and stress-free.

I especially enjoy teaching students who think they’re “slow learners.” I honestly don’t believe anyone is naturally bad at Maths or Science. Sometimes, a student simply needs a teacher who explains things more slowly, differently, and with patience.
My lessons are interactive and tailored to each student’s pace. Rather than rushing through chapters, I focus on building a strong foundation so students truly understand the concepts before moving on. I encourage questions, celebrate small improvements, and create a safe environment where making mistakes is part of learning.
Lessons are conducted online and usually last 60–90 minutes.
