I like to first understand why the student and parent are in need of a tutor. From this I like to find the best teaching style to go with that is best suited. I will then create a plan until the exams of what needs to be covered. Things such as past papers, exam solutions and lessons for each topic will be created and organised for the student and provided to the student when they are ready.
I understand that school is not just about grades. It is a time when many big decisions are made such as career and university choices. I like to be able to provide this support and a person to talk to outside of the students normal life and support them as a friend and a mentor.
I am a mechanical engineering student and have been tutoring for over 3 years. I recieved an A* in A-level Mathematics and an A in Physics and a B in Chemistry.
I have taught small groups and 1 to 1 the past couple of years, roughly 15 students all together of different ages and abilities. The students I have taught have ALL passed their exams and reached their predicted grades.
Taha is an excellent maths tutor and has helped me throughout my GCSEs. His explanations and teaching methods are clear and precise and I can’t recommend him enough to all students needing any help with maths.
