About Andrew
I am an engineering student in his junior year at the University of Houston Clear Lake who holds an Associates degree in mathematics from San jacinto college. I can tutor up to calculus 2, though I'm more focused on tutoring highschool-level math to college algebra.

I am a very respectful and patient tutor who won't get frustrated if you ask questions - as I was taught in the Army, "there is no such thing as a stupid question." So asky away! I also take care in demonstrating each and every step of the algebra- no skipping over "obvious" simplifications, for example. In my lessons I'll write everything out line by line, number by number, so that you never get lost. Lastly, we'll always go over methods of checking the work with 3rd party sources/software/calculators, to ensure the answer is always right before we move on.
