I tailor my teaching towards the individual needs of the students. This involves effectively communicating ideas to them and checking their learning. This is done by regularly assessing, monitoring, evaluating and reporting on the progress the students have made. From my experience in tutoring, I am able to adapt in different situations to explain difficult concepts to students. The lessons will involve going over topics students are finding challenging and working through them until they have a firm understanding of that topic, usually by starting with easier questions and increasing the difficulty of these questions as we go along. In addition to this homework will be set in order to further consolidate their understanding and we will go through it in the following lesson.
