About Isabel
Currently a medical student. English is my mother's language and Spanish is my father's. At 6 years old I began to study French and at 19, Italian. I am passionate about languages. At 15 years old I took the TOEFL iBT test and got a score of 109. At 16 I began tutoring in English and at 18 I started giving classes to different groups of ages. I like languages because I believe that they give people many more oportunities and allows them to grow as professionals and amplify they're work field. This is why I want to share my knowledge, so I can help others outdo themselves.

My methodology consists in giving a small explanation of the topic we shall review that session in Spanish and go through the rest of the lesson in English. I procure forcing mi students to think in the language that they're learning, rather than only allowing them to translate. My main focus is towards learning oral comprehension and I emphasize on it, since most people are more interested in learning how to conversate. Nevertheless, I do not give less credit to reading comprehension and I also include it in my learning method, due to the fact that between oral comprehension and reading comprehension then compliment each other in order to learn the language.

Perfect! Isa es una profesora Increíble, domina bien el idioma y tiene muy bien estructuradas las clases, siempre se da el tiempo de resolver dudas y tiene dinámicas que resultan muy amenas a la hora de estudiar un idioma. Sin duda ha resultado ser una muy buena experiencia.
