About Defne

As a doctor, my career is driven by the pursuit of knowledge and the desire to make a lasting impact on people's lives. With aspirations to become a skilled surgeon in the future, I am deeply committed to mastering the intricacies of medicine and surgery. Beyond the realm of medicine, I find joy in a variety of hobbies. You'll often find me engrossed in sketching, as art provides a unique outlet for creativity. Additionally, my love for reading extends to non-fiction books, particularly those related to medicine, soft sciences, and autobiographies. These readings enrich my understanding of the world and inspire me to approach each tutoring session with fresh insights and perspectives. Through my dedication to both medicine and diverse interests, I strive to instil a sense of curiosity and enthusiasm in my students, encouraging them to explore their passions and unlock their full potential.

About the lesson

In my 11+ Entrance Exam tutoring sessions, I meticulously structure each lesson to optimise learning and retention. To begin, we identify the specific needs and goals of the student, tailoring the content accordingly. Lessons typically encompass a balanced blend of core subject matter, exam-specific strategies, and problem-solving techniques. I encourage active participation and questions throughout the session, fostering a collaborative learning environment. Moreover, I make use of interactive tools, practice exercises, and real past exam questions to reinforce understanding and boost confidence. By breaking down complex topics into manageable segments and continuously assessing progress, my goal is to ensure that students not only grasp the material effectively but also feel well-prepared and confident as they approach their 11+ entrance exams.
