About Raji
My name is Raji Varghese, and I am a passionate nursing educator with over 25 years of experience in clinical nursing, teaching, and advanced wound care. I completed my B.Sc. Nursing from Christian Medical College, Ludhiana [2001], one of India’s leading institutions in healthcare and nursing education. Teaching has always been my calling. I started my career as a Tutor and Clinical Instructor, where I guided and trained nursing students during their clinical postings and theoretical classes. I later worked in the Surgical Unit, which strengthened my clinical judgment, hands-on skills, and deep understanding of Medical–Surgical Nursing. Today, I am working as an American Board Certified Wound Care Specialist, but my true passion remains teaching nursing and mentoring the next generation of nurses.
