About Charlotte
Starting my career as a teacher, then advancing into business I have always mentored or tutored. The person being tutored could have been a student intern or someone who worked for me within a corporate setting. Always, writing has been a big part of any career and therefore I educated many young professionals on the craft of writing clearly.

I start with assessing the students' problem areas. Next, I want to know their goals. My lesson plans are passed on the above two. For example, Dorothy, an architecture intern, is Taiwanese. Initially, we focused on grammar and punctuation. The approach I used was to start with a document she had written. We then discussed the errors, correct them, and discussed the reason behind each change.
My experience is with college students, young professionals, recent immigrants who need to master a craft. I am experienced in Early Childhood Education so I can adeptly teach children.
