About Olivia
I have recently completed a Civil Engineering Masters degree with first class honours. It was a great achievement for me which took a lot of hard work and dedication. I am now looking to help inspire and encourage the next generation of possible Mathematicians/Engineers/Scientists! Or perhaps help to enjoy certain subjects a little more than before.
I have helped home-school a variety of ages over the recent lockdown, and understand the need for a bit of extra help and guidance during these uncertain times.
I am a patient and enthusiastic teacher and can pass on the organisational skills and knowledge for pupils to achieve their very best.

I think it is very important to start by getting to know the pupils and their strengths and weaknesses. Therefore, I like to use the first lesson to go over the subject topic by topic in order to determine where they might need further help. We can then work together over the succeeding lessons in order to build up their confidence and perfect their techniques. I strongly believe that by having a bit of guidance, structure and someone to ask questions to with no judgement, pupils will achieve whatever they put their minds to!
