About Ar Yash
I am an Assistant Director (Planning) with the Delhi Development Authority. I hold a B.Arch. from SPA Vijayawada and an M.Plan. in Housing from SPA Delhi, and have also worked in consulting at CBRE India. I qualified GATE in Architecture and Planning and have an academic and professional interest in housing, urban planning, development regulations, and public-sector planning.
I have won and participated in various national level competitions and possess a keen interest in teaching about this field. Fluent in a variety of design software including AutoCAD, Rhino, SketchUp, Photoshop, etc.

The sessions are intended as a space for structured discussion, guidance, and problem-solving rather than conventional classroom teaching. Depending on the student’s goals, discussions may focus on higher studies, GATE, academic projects, career decisions, design thinking, planning concepts, software, or navigating the transition from education to professional practice. The sessions are tailored to the student’s background and the questions or challenges they are currently working through.
My teaching method includes offering students methods to look beyond conventional design solutions and evolve their design thinking abilities. The approach is simple and engaging to allow students to gain interest and passion for the field, which is necessary to be developed in the earlier stages of joining architecture.
