My MMA classes have a very interesting feature: some days we'll work on stand-up fighting, and other days we'll work on ground fighting.
-We begin our classes by focusing on stand-up techniques, such as boxing, kickboxing, and Muay Thai. In subsequent classes, we move on to ground techniques, such as jiu-jitsu and wrestling. We finish our last classes by combining these martial arts and combat sports, which is what we call MMA. In MMA, we'll work on combining all the techniques learned and sparring at 40% intensity. I'm also open to training in some classes depending on the client's preferences, including the possibility of incorporating MMA into every class. I teach through English or Spanish. Please note my Spanish is fluent and my English is intermediate
