My name is Mark and I have been teaching the guitar for over two years. I am a classically trained guitarist and I believe that the classical approach to learning music is the best way in terms of both guitar technique and general musicianship. With that being said, I have also played electric guitar for 13 years so if you are interested in learning electric guitar techniques I can help you with that too. I have a number of students ranging from children aged 9 to adults. I incorporate fun games and improvisational exercises into my exercises to in order to avoid the problem of just learning repertoire. I also support my students during their preparation for performance grades. I find teaching music extremely rewarding and I look forward to helping you achieve your musical goals.
