About Xose
I am a DVSA approved motorcycle training instructor with 30+ years riding experience.
I have been teaching motorcycle training for more than three years and in that time have successfully taught hundreds of people to pass the CBT (Compulsory Basic Training) course.
I am offering specific, personalised, practical training courses for those that have passed their CBT and wish to enhance their skills or wish to prepare for passing their full test.
Maybe you passed your CBT some months ago but have not ridden regularly since?
Maybe you haven't ridden a motorcycle for a long time and wish to refresh skills?
Maybe you have never carried a pillion or used a motorway?

My teaching method is patient and structured based upon the individual's needs and requirements. My courses are designed to enhance the knowledge the trainee already has so they can make the most of motorcycling in a safe, controlled environment.
My courses are very specifically designed to equip the motorcycle rider with very specific training for real world needs. We will be in constant radio contact (I supply the radios).
I am fluent in English, Spanish and Galician with conversational level Italian.

Details
1: Commute to work: I ride with you to work to help you navigate the route safely.
2: Using a motorway: how to safely use the motorway network in a safe, controlled, environment.
3: Return to biking: I help you to brush up on your riding skills if you've been away from biking.
4: Carrying a pillion: Practical advice on carrying a pillion for the first time.
5: CBT refresher: Not ridden since your CBT? I refresh your practical skills.
6: 1st solo ride: Done CBT but anxious about riding solo for the first time? I'll help you do it safely.
7: Friends/family: Anxious about a loved one riding solo? Let me help make it a safe ride.
8: Assessment: Preparing for your MOD1/2 tests? I can assess your skills and give practical advice.
All the above courses work on a £20 per hour fee. Please contact me to discuss individual needs.
