About Alice
I've been coaching movement of many kinds for the last two decades, I've had students from 2-92 years young. From yoga to pole dance and beyond. I believe that movement is our medicine and that when you've found your "one" - exercise will never be a chore but will be the thing that gets you up out of bed each morning and a constant source of joy to you and that you can share that joy with others.

I have seen 1000's of my students transform not just their bodies but their minds and their lives with just a little support and guidance.
