About Henri
I'm an MRICS-qualified real estate professional and a graduate of LSE who passed the APC in November 2023.
I have spent the time since at a big 3 Real Estate consultancy where I've supported the APC journey of multiple graduates and apprentices - from helping them start the journey to final mock interviews.
I spent time working in Valuations, L&T, Agency, and corporate advisory - and I aim to bring the knowledge from the world's largest property consultancies to your experiences.

Going through the APC process is tough. From my experience, candidates either get bombarded with materials and struggle to make sense of how it applies to their job, or they don't get given anything at all.
I only went through the process myself 2 years ago, and have subsequently supported graduates from my firm with selecting competencies, building their submission, and running mock interviews.
From those experiences, I aim to provide an environment where commercial APC candidates talk through their work life so that I can support them with applying that to professional competencies, building a case study & submission, and preparing for their final interview.
When you're in the industry, a lot of people have a lot of different opinions on the APC process. My goal is to provide you with a clear path from your work to passing your final assessment with as little noise as possible.
