About Ellis
I am a final year Masters Computer Science student with background in software and web development as well as a research focus in artificial intelligence and machine learning.
I am compotent in a range of programming languages with a focus on Object Oriented languages such as C++/C, Java, Python, C#, etc.
I also am very capable in web technologies such as HTML, JS, CSS and frameworks such as Bootstrap, Vue and React
I like to presonalise tutoring experiences to suit the needs of the of the student as everyone is at different levels and has different strengths so I do not have a "one size fits all" aproach and so like to use my first lesson to get to know the student and what they already want to know/get out of the sessions.

I believe that most people lear by doing in Computer Science so I try to work in as much practical applications into lessons to help better demonstrate the theory. This in conjunction with some self learning is the best way for a student to learn and then demonstrate the skills they have learnt and retain information.
