About Javier
I am a finance and accountability graduate but I have been doing Muay Thai and Boxing as a hobby for many years now. I am very open and I give great technique lessons! My hours and rates are very flexible.

About the lesson

I start the lessons stretching and rope jumping, then I teach technique theory followed by technique practice in front of mirror, and finally punching bag exercise. Once a week we will do sparring (a type of combat without hitting each other).
