About Yousra
I am a multilingual professional with technical and legal skills in four languages (native): Arabic, French, English and Italian. Thanks to my diverse cultural and academic background, I have specialized in ESG and human rights strategies along the entire value chain, implementing them for multinationals and SMEs. Most recently, I held this role globally for the ESG department of Pirelli HQ, achieving excellent results in the Dow Jones 2023. I have also collaborated with Babolat and other SMEs in the luxury sector.
In addition, I am an ESG speaker and mentor, having participated in important events such as the Salone della CSR held at Bocconi University. I collaborate with law firms, providing technical and legal support to EMEA companies in the development of sustainable business plans and tenders in Africa and the Middle East.
Before dedicating myself to sustainability, I worked in the field of international law, from teaching to legal advice, to geopolitics with MPs.
