About Zeyou
Hi there! I am a multilingual musicology student located in Leipzig. I was born in China, and grew up in Germany from a young age.
Over the course of my life, I've picked up conversational (and higher) levels of English, German, Mandarin-Chinese and also Japanese. I have acquired this knowledge through experience and curiosity. Thus, I know better than any mother-tongues, what it feels like to learn and to become better at a foreign language.
I am personal interests are Music and Baseball.

My teaching method is centered around practical, real-life communication. I use a straightforward, conversational approach supported by cultural context and personalized goals.
My lessons are highly interactive and flexible, as I will adapt my methods to your needs and desires. Thus, my lessons are suitable for all learning levels.
A typical lesson starts with a short warm-up (eg. greetings, recap), followed by a themed conversation. From then on, the flow of our conversation will provide guidance. In between, I will offer additional linguistic and cultural insights to deepen your understanding.
On demand and agreement, the structure of the lesson could be completely readapted.
