About Amir
What began as a personal passion gradually became a career, but more importantly, it became a way for me to connect with people.
I love teaching because I've experienced how music can change lives. It builds confidence, encourages creativity, and gives people a way to express themselves when words aren't enough. Watching a student achieve something they once thought was impossible.whether it's playing their first song, singing with confidence, or improvising freely, is the most rewarding part of what I do.
I believe everyone can learn music with the right guidance, patience, and encouragement. There is no "perfect age" or "natural talent" required to start. My role is to make learning enjoyable, remove the fear of making mistakes, and help every student progress at their own pace.

Whether you're picking up an instrument for the very first time or looking to refine your musical skills, my lessons are designed to help you achieve your goals in an enjoyable, supportive, and structured way.
I hold a Master's degree in Music Performance (Jazz Guitar and Vocals) from the University of Liverpool and have over 10 years of teaching experience, working with children, teenagers, and adults in both private lessons and educational settings.
Every lesson is tailored to your individual needs, interests, and learning style. I believe that students make the fastest progress when they enjoy what they are learning, so I combine solid musical foundations with practical, engaging exercises. Depending on your goals, lessons may include:
* Guitar technique and repertoire
* Singing and vocal development
* Music theory explained in a simple, practical way
* Ear training and rhythm
* Improvisation and creativity
* Songwriting and performance skills
* Preparation for auditions, exams, or live performances
My teaching is influenced by both modern music education and the **Alexander Technique**, helping students develop efficient posture, reduce unnecessary tension, and play with greater freedom and confidence.
Lessons are typically **60 minutes**, although shorter sessions can be arranged for younger learners. I teach **beginners, intermediate, and advanced students**, and I welcome learners of all ages. Whether you want to learn your favourite songs, build a strong technical foundation, prepare for music school, or simply enjoy making music, I'll create a personalised learning plan that keeps you motivated and progressing every week.
My aim is not only to help you become a better musician, but also to build your confidence, creativity, and lifelong enjoyment of music.
