About Charlie
I have been playing the drums since I was two years old and it is absolutely everything to me! I achieved Distinction in my Grade 8 exam in 2018, and went on to graduate from Oxford Brookes University in 2023. I have played in many bands from rock to fusion to jazz and musical theatre, so I have a wealth of musical experiences. I am excited to share the joy of drumming with more people!

I believe in a student-led approach to teaching, letting the student guide and shape the lessons. I will help you go through Rockschool Grades from Debut to Grade 8, or just help you learn your favourite songs! Music is about joy and entertainment and I believe in fostering a positive environment for everyone involved!
