About Maithili

Through my years of formal and informal training, I find myself understanding my relationship with music in a much deeper manner where I experienced the beauty, the discipline, the feeling of fun, the freedom of express and the space of safety that music provided along with its power as a magical soothing healer. The journey is so beautiful that I wish to bring this fulfilling practice to my students. I use it as a morning guidance to align and balance myself before I start my day .

About the lesson

I focus on ear training before theory, thus students truly experience their time with music in a joyful way. I listen to them to build their self confidence as they play music as an expression of creativity and freedom, and as a healing tool.
