About Rahul
I am a university student, currently finishing second year at Queen's University Belfast, studying Music Performance. I have done a years experience in teaching youths in Percussion from 1 student up to a class of 8. Whilst I have not been teaching them grades, I have been helping prepare them for a percussion ensemble performance, focusing on delivering the best quality sound as well as performance presence.

My teaching method is to take students at the levels they are at and slowly exercise as many approaches to playing the instrument as possible, in order to find the right approach for the student. I will expect practice on their part, however if it disrupts other important commitments, it will not be a problem. I want to inspire a generation of potential future musicians to realise the importance of music and expand their horizons to what music can offer alongside academia.
