About Jack
When I started piano lessons, I struggled to find a teacher that could teach me what I wanted to play, all the while ensuring I learned what was necessary to professionally progress. He helped me play to my strengths and reinforced my weaknesses which allowed me to tick every box during exams and gave me the skill and ability to play the piano in the style I wanted to.
His approach to music influences me to this day, and I would love to be that help for someone who may feel intimidated by the piano or is starting to no longer enjoy the path they are on.

I believe, regarding music, that it is best to play to one's strengths when teaching music. I have found that progressing through piano grades and playing music that is enjoyed by the individual leads to greater success and understanding of the subject.
A typical lesson will last anywhere between 45 minutes to an hour. I am happy to speak about teaching for any ages and have experience working with children from the age of 7, all the way to adults.
I have been playing piano for 15 years, hold a degree in Musical Composition, and am Grade 8 Piano qualified.
