About Shana
Shana McCoy – Artistic Director Shana McCoy graduated with a B.A. in Theatre from Southwest Baptist University in 2008. Throughout her career, she has worked as an actor, director, and musician, bringing stories to life on stage. While in Kansas City, MO, she worked with Christian Youth Theatre, KC and Whitefield Academy before relocating to Cincinnati and eventually settling in York, PA, where she continues to follow her passion for the performing arts. Some of Shana’s favorite productions include The Little Mermaid, A Year with Frog and Toad, The Addams Family, 1940s Radio Show: A Christmas Carol, Steel Magnolias, and Little Women. Now, as the Artistic Director of The Musical Box Theatre, Shana is thrilled to bring her years of experience and creativity to lead the company. She is dedicated to fostering a vibrant theatre community, inspiring performers of all ages, and creating memorable productions that entertain and uplift audiences. Shana is currently serving as the Director and Vocal Director for The Musical Box Theatre’s production of You’re A Good Man, Charlie Brown.
