My teaching method is to have one on one lessons and help people with their struggles. For example if ur unhappy with your weight and want to change it for the better, then I will help u plan out a balanced diet that suits you and a fitness plan based of your life and schedule because I always believe that you should fit exercise into your life when possible not fit your daily life around your workouts, as it is a life long journey and should be a process in which you enjoy. The lesson will start with a quick chat about how ur feeling that day, what u have been doing and whats currently the main thing on ur mind so that we can then focus on relieving your stress and figuring out ways to help with that. Each lesson will be different for each person depending on what ur goals are and will go through each session in a way in which you are happy to do so, as you will be my number one priority. I am not qualified in fitness or anything like that, but I have had past experiences that you may relate to, so u don't feel alone and I have over the years done lots of research and watched lots of different things to do with nutrition and health and fitness, and I believe that I can be somebody who can help.
I am a student studying musical theatre, and am someone who needs to keep physically, mentally and emotionally fit. I need to follow a balanced diet and make sure that I'm always well energised. Over the years ive had eating disorders, and has struggled both mentally and physically, and so now I want to help other people get out of bad habits and help them to love themselves, as I have finally learnt to do, I still have bad days, but I want to teach everyone that it's okay and the good out weighs the bad.
