About Aran
My name is Aran Mattok and I am a fully qualified personal trainer and online Naturopath. I have a deep passion for helping people live longer and healthier lives by helping them identify natural ways that they can eliminate their illnesses and become the best and healthiest versions of themselves through natural medicine. I have over 5 years' experience and truly believe 'when nature has a problem, nature also has a cure' which is what I teach in my practice.

My clients will come to me with a health-related issue that is making their everyday life miserable by robbing them of energy, motivation and a general sense of poor health which in turn leads to anxiety, depression and other health-related issues. If a cat urinates on a carpet, you wouldn't just throw a newspaper over it and hope for the smell to go away, you would tackle the smell head-on making sure it was completely eliminated. Unfortunately, most Western medicine focuses on masking the symptoms rather than getting to the root cause and over time this inevitably leads to the underlying problem becoming worse until eventually the disease or problem has progressed too much and is therefore irreversible. I work with clients to understand what the true cause of their problems is and suggest natural, herbal medicines that will tackle the problem head-on.

I would recommend Aran.
I was suffering with IBS symptoms for a very long time along with angular chelitis, sebaric dermatitis and symptoms of yeast over growth. Every time I went to the GP they would prescribe creams that quite frankly did nothing.
Aran suggested a couple of herbal remedies to me (one strain of a probiotic) to be precise and within weeks my symptoms improved dramatically. I couldn’t recommend him enough.
