About Federica
I've found yoga in a very bad moment of my life, since I've start practicing I am a new person, I've grown up from my pain, and I simply understood that what happen to me it simply meant to happen. This is what I want to transmit to my students, obstacle in life will always happen, but it doesn't mean that we have to stop, if something is not happening its just because it's not the right time
