About Jack
I have been involved in the sport of boxing since I was 10 years old. I boxed as a junior and am a England Boxing qualified coach and England Boxing Official (judge). I was a junior squad coach at London Community Boxing for 1 season, moving to Belvedere Boxing club in 2019 and coaching juniors and seniors.

I aim to teach good technical boxing skills regardless of your level because I believe that good punching technique and defence is essential in contact sport. Fitness is important and I design programmes to help reach your goals wether they be: weight loss, building muscular endurance or something else entirely. I am a strong believer that training should be both enjoyable and challenging and I always push clients so that they reach their maximum potential.

Details
This is my introductory price list for 1:1 sessions at Belvedere Boxing Club. All sessions will be for 60 minutes including warm up, pad work, bag work and strength and conditioning exercises. 2:1, 3:1 and group sessions by arrangement.
- £30 pay as you go
-£55 for 2 sessions in the same week.
-£80 for 3 sessions or £75 for 3 sessions in the same week
-£125 for 5 sessions.
-£200 for 10 sessions.
-10% discount for Belvedere Boxing Club carded boxers.
-5% discount for Belvedere Boxing club members. (Including uncarded juniors)
