I am currently employed at Nottingham Forest community trust as a community coach working around Nottingham in primary/secondary schools providing football and multi sports, making sure they are high quality sessions. My ways of coaching are fun, loud and engaging but also firm so participants can get there progression.
On a week to week basis I will have a designed session plan for the football session including plenty of fun practices, don’t worry about ability as sessions/practices will be equal to all ability’s.
