Having been through a lot of Hindi teachers in my life, Jeevika was one of the best I have ever had. She is fluent in both Hindi and English and can explain concepts in clarity in both languages' metalanguage in a way that I had never experienced and greatly helped my learning. She is also very skilled and bringing up useful and topical examples that are relevant to issues that students are interested in, which I think has helped me to stay engaged with my hindi studied beyond my course.

Jeevika has been working with me over the past 5 months on improving my Hindi, and I couldn’t have asked for a better teacher. She has an extensive knowledge of Hindi and Sanskrit grammar and is able to convey her teachings in an easy to understand way, making lessons enjoyable and useful. She also has many lists of useful words (like verbs) that can be used in daily conversation. I was able to smash through the grammar in one month with her help, and can now speak Hindi very comfortably thanks to her.

Jeevika is a super flexible and competent teacher. I've been learning Hindi in a group of 3 and in private sessions with her for two years now and can only recommend her. She has a great way of explaining and teaching and also explains Indian customs and traditions alongside. Can't go wrong with her!
