About Amiya
Vascular Surgery Registrar & Experienced Medical Educator
I am a highly motivated surgical trainee currently in Higher Specialty Training (ST5) in Vascular Surgery within the East of England. With an MRCSEd and a diverse clinical background spanning the UK and internationally, I bring a wealth of practical knowledge to my tutoring. My approach combines rigorous academic standards with the real-world clinical reasoning required for modern medical practice.
Core Tutoring Strengths:
Diverse Teaching Portfolio: I have extensive experience teaching across the medical spectrum, from serving as an Anatomy Demonstrator to acting as a Mock Examiner for final-year students.
Specialised Exam Preparation: Since 2019, I have served as an Online PLAB Instructor and Course Coordinator at Shahriar’s Medical Academy, guiding international medical graduates through the complexities of UK registration exams.
