About Julia
Hi, I am Julia. I have always had a passion for current affairs and past issues as they suggest how our world is evolving. I found humanities incredibly difficult in school as my teachers based their methods on memorisation entirely however I prefer to be logical and enjoy the learning process.

From a stem student who prefers a more mathematical and structured approach I prefer to understand the concepts of writing essays and answers. Not necessarily memorising paragraphs however incorporating knowledge into varying formats best suited to the student. I like to use flashcards in the first 15 mins of the session to start building up confidence and working on active recall for completing answers. I like to talk through each topic and then focus on exam technique and evaluating mark schemes/ course specifications and past paper question.
