About Louisa
I am a national level swimmer who began swimming at the age of 4 and have loved it ever since, continuing to compete at high levels.
Have been a club swimmer for 9 years and began coaching in 2019, gaining my level 2 teaching qualification in 2023 and teaching smaller, private classes since then.
