About Mike
I have over 15 years of experience in the world of public speaking. I started from an early age learning how to give speeches in an academic setting from the time I was 12 years old. I started in the competitive speaking world when I was 14 and since then I have won awards on the state and national level in high school and college. I also have four years of experience of tutoring and coaching high school and college students in public speaking and oral reading.

My teaching approach is very hands-on. I do everything within my power to make sure that my students understand everything that the lesson encompasses in several ways. A few of these ways include vocal exercises and practicing and writing and delivering speeches and doing oral readings. I have several different types of assignments and exercises that can be used as homework to help my students get ahead on their own..
